EXPERIENCE
Paulita has served the tax, accounting, financial services
and practice management needs of physicians and dentists since 1987. She specializes
in taxation and compliance along with consulting assistance in the broad range
of practice management activities. During her career she has developed a special
expertise in the areas of professional service organizations and closely held
businesses. She has also worked with a wide range of clientele from publicly
held corporations to individual professionals and executives. She has assisted
physicians and dentists with various aspects of business operations including
practice start-up, day-to-day business decisions and tax planning. Paulita
authored the “Role of the Accountant in Your Practice” published
in the 2005 Urologic Clinics of North America 290.
EDUCATION
Paulita holds a B.A. degree in accounting from Bellarmine University. In 1989, she received her Certified Public Accountant credential.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Paulita is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Kentucky
Society of CPAs, Kentucky Medical Group Management Association (KMGMA), Louisville
Chapter of the Kentucky Medical Group Management Association (LMGMA) and the
National Association of Healthcare Consultants. She is on the board of the
Dear Santa Foundation, Inc. and is an active member of the Lions Club.
